Introduction

Aercology offers their AerTABLE™ series of  downdraft tables to efficiently collect dust, smoke, and odors when operators need to work on top of a surface.

All workstation offer a slotted, metal surface, and offer unique features and specifications to handle tough de-burring, grinding, dry buffing, polishing, and sanding operations.  

Model AT 500

This ergonomically designed unit is compact and portable. Move and lock the AT 500 with four brake-lock swivel casters. Hinged side wing panels open to handle longer than normal pieces. 

The metal frame accommodates table loading of 50 lbs. maximum. The AT 500 is easy to use—just plug into a standard 110-volt outlet and you're ready to work!

A manual filter shaker arm lets you easily clean the filter bags — particles collect in the removable dust drawer. 

AT 500 units include one pair of safety glasses, 10' power cord, cotton sateen filter bags, and an integral fluorescent light. Nominal CFM is 500.

The AT incorporates high efficiency cartridge filtration with a rugged downdraft velocity air bench table. 

Both the AT 1500 and AT 3000 include three sidewalls with two hinged wing panels for extra long pieces. 

Units include one pair of safety glasses, an integral fluorescent light, high efficiency DuraAer™ filter cartridges, automatic, self-cleaning, jet-pulse system, magnehelic gauge, and high capacity dust drawer.

Standard options include a non-scratch, spark resistant rubber or aluminum work surface, and photohelic controls. 

Aercology offers two table models for remote dust and fume collection.

The first model has no sides, so it is ideal for multiple workers.

The second model has sides with hinged wing panels and is perfect for containing dust particulate. 

Both models are suitable for buffing, grinding, polishing, and welding operations. Remote Collection downdraft tables can be ducted to other Aercology Air Filtration Systems for filtering and containing particles.
