Torit Cyclonic Dust
Collectors
Typically used for collecting coarse or large dusts produced in high dust loading applications, such as woodworking or machining, cyclone collectors are also used for product recovery of fine dusts, like powdered paint. The Cyclone system has only one moving part, the inner fan wheel which requires very little maintenance. The large capacity collection drum works immediately to reduce facility and equipment maintenance.

Functional Efficiency Curves |

|
Fractional efficiency is the ratio of particles collected to particles entering the cyclone. This chart shows the efficiency of a collector with and without the optional filter bag assembly under clean, partial loading, and full-loading conditions Actual efficiency may vary depending on the application. Dust concentration, airflow, particle shape, and density affect filtration efficiency.
