Front cartridge removal means filters can be changed easily and quickly from outside the unit, away from hazardous conditions, and in many cases without walkways or platforms. NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED FOR FILTER REMOVAL.

Downflo dust collectors have been used on a wide variety of applications including welding, mixing, conveyor transfer stations, food processing, pharmaceutical, woodworking, composites, laser cutting and metal working just to name a few. They are particularly well suited to filtering very fine particulate in large air volumes.

The Checker Board

The brains behind the trademark performance of the Downflo is our exclusive Torit Checker board . With important diagnostic, maintenance and cleaning control functions, it makes the Torit Downflo even easier to operate and maintain....giving you more control over your working environment.

For example, it monitors airflow and pressure drop, controls the self cleaning process, and alerts you to important maintenance items.

Always on the lookout, it lets you know if a collector failure has occurred. In addition the Checker board micro computer stores up to one year's worth of operational data which can be retrieved when needed; helping you and the Torit field service team do a better job of diagnosing and repairing problems. The Checker board is even programmed to tailor functions for your specific Downflo model.
