tables for metal fines collection The Wet Station Downdraft Grinding Table is designed for the collection of explosive metal fines such as aluminum, magnesium and other materials.

It is widely used by leading high-production machine shops, and in metal prototyping workshops that demand reliable performance, and low operating noise levels.

The Wet Station Grinding Table includes a grated work surface, with a height-adjustable option.

The work surface is available in FRP, polypropylene, PVC or steel. A Whirl/Wet ® dust collector system, with exhaust fan built into the unit. Remote fan units with individual tables are also available.

Whirl/Wet is a trademark synonymous with efficient, low cost dust collection. Proven in thousands of installations, the Whirl/Wet provides 99%+ collection efficiency for metal fines, and uses minimal water and energy.

Workstations are available in mild steel, or all-polypropylene. Options include lighting, tool racks, message boards, and heavy duty casters.

For applications requiring an efficient downdraft table without integrated dust collection, IAS offers stand alone downdraft tables. Several of these can be ducted to one dust collector.
