The portable XtractMAX^®-LV Laser fume extraction system, with one-touch built in filter cleaning is your state-of-the-art solution for source capture of fumes, smoke, dust, gas and vapors released in laser manufacturing processes, like laser marking, welding, machining, drilling and cutting and micro-soldering.

Our push-button reverse-pulse jet filter cleaning system means lower maintenance, less down time and reduced filters expenses.

This portable fume extractor unit is completely self-contained and ready to plug in. The huge 10-inch rear wheels and rugged 5-inch front casters on the XtractMAX^®-LV make it easy to take fume extraction right to the source.

The XtractMAX^®-LV can be fitted with a 99.97% efficient (@.3 microns) HEPA filter, and/or activated carbon filter modules. It can be configured with one or two 2-inch inlets, using extraction arm or hoses.

Our laser fume extractors eliminate airborne contaminants from manufacturing processes in metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone, composites, wood and other natural fibers, for efficient, cost effective compliance with OSHA regulations.
